1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

Returns requested after the 14-day return period may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products showing signs of excessive wear.
  • Items returned without original accessories.
  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items (unless defective).

3. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Photos or videos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

After verification, Trakith may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Full refund
  • Partial refund
  • Store credit

In cases where the issue is caused by our error, Trakith will cover any reasonable return shipping costs.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customer-Initiated Returns

If the return is requested for personal reasons, including:

  • Ordered by mistake
  • No longer needed
  • Preference changes

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Company Error or Defective Products

If the return is due to:

  • Defective products
  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect products received

Trakithwill cover reasonable return shipping costs when approved by our support team.


6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 3-7 business days.

Depending on your payment provider, the refund may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If a shipped order is returned due to customer refusal, incorrect address information, or failure to collect the package, any shipping costs incurred may be deducted from the refund.


8. Lost Return Packages

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items.

Trakith is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit before reaching our return facility.

Please retain your tracking information until your return has been successfully processed.


9. Free Gifts

Any complimentary gifts included with your order do not need to be returned unless specifically requested by our support team.
